The room at Hotel Cristallo was absolutely amazing! It felt like a cozy apartment with a loft area where I could relax and unwind. The spaciousness and layout of the room made me feel right at home.
Some people might not enjoy the loft area in the room, but I personally thought it added character and charm.

The location of this hotel was great! We were able to walk to most things we wanted to see. The breakfast was good, and they offered a nice variety of food. , the view from our room was amazing! We really enjoyed waking up to that view.
The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms. We were hoping for a romantic escape, but we were woken up several times by the noise.

The hotel had a charming and elegant decor that made me feel like I was in a luxurious setting. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining room, were beautifully designed with comfortable seating and tasteful decorations. As a senior, I appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility with ramps and handrails throughout, making it convenient for me to navigate around the hotel.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. The children working there could have been more attentive and considerate towards the older guests in ensuring their comfort and providing extra assistance when needed.

The hotel's location is very convenient, nestled near the heart of the town, close to the shops and points of interest. the rooms are spotlessly clean and quite spacious, and the service is incredibly attentive. the breakfast spread offers a nice selection of foods to choose from.
The walls are quite thin, which can make it difficult to sleep if there are noisy guests staying nearby.
